Flavorful Fingerling Potatoes


1 lb fingerling potatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves of garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper


Simplicity is key.  The combination of garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper gives the potatoes a savory and flavorful taste that pairs well with many entrees. Plus, the potatoes get nice and crispy when cooked in the oven, making them a perfect side dish.

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place the potatoes in a bowl and add the olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
  3. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
