Crowd Pleaser French Fries

4 large potatoes

2 tablespoons of olive oil

2 teaspoons of salt

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

1 teaspoon of paprika

1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

French fries are a delicious and simple side and a classic compliment to any Rugby Scott steak. These fries are delicious because the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika and black pepper all add wonderful flavor to the potatoes, while the salt brings out the natural flavor of the potatoes and makes them extra crispy.

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips.
  3. Place the potato strips in a bowl and drizzle with the olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle the salt, garlic powder, paprika and black pepper over the potatoes and mix until evenly coated.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the potato strips evenly on the sheet.
  6. Bake the fries for 25 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
  7. Once the fries are golden and crispy, remove them from the oven and enjoy!
