Honey Balsamic Glazed Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon honey

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Salt and pepper, to taste

Method

These Honey Glazed Brussels Sprouts are delicious because they offer a unique combination of sweet and savory flavors. The honey glaze adds a hint of sweetness that helps to cut through the naturally bitter taste of the sprouts, creating a balanced flavor profile. The glaze also helps to caramelize the sprouts, creating a crunchy texture that contrasts with the softness of the vegetable. Additionally, the honey glaze helps to keep the sprouts moist and tender, making them a perfect side dish to any meal. With their unique flavor profile and texture, they are a perfect side dish to any of our Rugby Scott steaks!
